Refund policy
- Notify us within 24hr of receiving the product.
- Have your invoice number for the purchase at hand.
- The item must include all components received in the original packaging.
- Item/s must be returned within 7 days of date purchased
- For exchanges - goods (in original packaging and unused) and a 15% handling fee will be charged. – Due to the nature of our products we can't accept any opened or used products for returns.
PLEASE NOTE:
Payflex WILL NOT refund a customer in cash, via EFT, the customer bank card, or provide any store credit in any way or form, because of an order cancellation or product return by the customer.
